Refocused provides AI-powered video upscaling and enhancement tools. Our services include a desktop application for local processing and cloud-based processing options. Our services are subject to change and may be modified at our discretion.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant Refocused a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with providing our services to you.

For desktop application users: Your videos are processed entirely on your local machine and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to use our cloud processing services.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.

You must only upload and process videos that you have the legal right to possess and modify.

Refocused and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights. The AI models, software, and technology powering our services are proprietary and protected by applicable laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refocused shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
